Double loading scripts under UpdatePanel

Sometimes when UpdatePanel performs postback to the server, already loaded scripts, combined into a single one, being loaded again separately.
I see two solutions: to filter UpdatePanel delta, or create custom ScriptManager. Second is more preferable.

Created AssetPackagerScriptManager control that filters already loaded scripts.
